ACO World Slyder Cup

Overview

The top 16 state and/or international teams are invited

(subject to change based on interest level)

Teams of 8 players represent their state

Players will receive an invitation from the ACO based on their World Singles Rankings for their state at the end of the Season. If a player cannot participate, an invitation will be provided to the next highest ranked player.

Registration Fee

$50 per player ($400 per team) with a 50% Payout

1st Place

• 62.5%= $2000 ($250 per player) *with sellout
• Prize Jerseys

2nd Place

• 37.5%= $1200 ($150 per player) * with sellout

Divisions/Seeding/Format

Each player/team is seeded:

• Singles 1-8
• Doubles 1-4

All play is round robin format

Ranking

Once a bracket is completed, the outcome will be tallied by a point system.

This is done for every Division and every bracket.

• 1st = 50pts
• 2nd = 48pts
• 3rd = 46pts
• 4th = 44pts
• 5th = 42pts
• 7th = 40pts
• 9th = 38pts

Example: If a team wins all of their Singles brackets, at the end of Singles their total points will be 400 (50pts x 8 players). This is the same for Doubles.

Once all the Divisions are complete, a tally for both Singles and Doubles Divisions will be calculated to declare the winners.
