PROGRAM BENEFITS
- Free Grid Fee for Approved ACO Directors
- One 10’ x 10’ Booth at a Season 22 Major
- Must be reserved 2 weeks advance
- Booth locations assigned via random drawing
- Additional booth rentals available for $150 per event
- Website Feature: Your logo and company listing on the ACO website
- Giveaway Access: Participation in exclusive mystery bag promotions
- Live Stream Recognition: Company name featured during live broadcasts
- Magazine Placement: Logo included in ACO HOLE Magazine (Requires first payment by June 1, 2026)
- Unlimited Bag Submissions: Submit unlimited bags for approval

$2,500 on or before June 1, 2026
$3,000 after June 1, 2026 (non-refundable / non-transferable)

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES
- Signed Bag Program Agreement required before approval
- All bags must be approved before sale or promotion
- No doubles entries option
- The ACO Stamp must remain unaltered
- Must use official red, white, and blue colors only
- No third-party copyrighted logos or trademarks allowed with ACO stamp
BAG APPROVAL AND SUBMISSION
$100 per bag series submitted Includes 1 bag submission per fee
Important: Bags cannot be promoted, marketed, or sold until:
- Dues are paid
- Bag Program Agreement is signed
- Bag is submitted and approved
- Bag is listed on the official ACO approved list
- Approval confirmation will be sent via email
DESIGN CHANGES AND UPDATES
Any changes to Bag template, Materials or Series design:
→ Must be resubmitted for approval
→ Requires an additional $100 fee
PAYMENT AND COMPLIANCE
Invoices not paid within 30 days may result in Termination of Bag Program Agreement
