ACO World Slyder Cup

Overview

The top 32 state and/or international teams are invited

(subject to change based on interest level)

Teams of 12 players represent their state

Players will receive an invitation from the ACO based on their World Singles Rankings for their state at the end of the Season. If a player cannot participate, an invitation will be provided to the next highest ranked player.

Registration Fee

$100 per player ($1200 per team) with a 50% Payout

Divisions/Seeding/Format

Each player/team is seeded

• Singles 1-12
• Doubles 1-6
• Quads 1-3

All brackets are double elimination

• 9am Singles Seeds 9, 10, 11, & 12.
• 12pm Singles Seeds 5, 6, 7, & 8
• 3pm Singles Seeds 1, 2, 3, & 4
• 6pm Quads all seeds

Monday, July 22nd

• 5:00 Announcements of Winners
• 5:00 Registration opens for Blind Draw

Ranking

Once a bracket is completed, the outcome will be tallied by a point system.

This is done for every Division and every bracket.

• 1st = 50pts
• 2nd = 48pts
• 3rd = 46pts
• 4th = 44pts
• 5th = 42pts
• 7th = 40pts
• 9th = 38pts

Example: If a team wins all of their Singles brackets, at the end of Singles their total points will be 600 (50pts x 12 players). This is the same for Doubles and Quads.

Once all the Divisions are complete, a tally for all three Divisions will be calculated to declare the winners.
